The special election to replace Jake Ellzey, formerly the representative from Texas House District 10, is almost here! Pierina Otiniano, a first-generation American and immigration attorney, is our candidate in the race – the only Democrat on the ballot – and will represent ALL of HD-10 in Austin!

We are working to elect Pierina Otiniano to the Texas House, representing Ellis County and a portion of Henderson County, in the special election scheduled for August 31, 2021. Early voting starts August 23.
